Approval of Roscommon Municipal District Grants 2021 Minutes: The members welcomed the funding and acknowledged how it will assist voluntary groups with the great work they are doing in the community. On the PROPOSAL of Cllr Fitzmaurice SECONDED by Cllr Dineen It was AGREED to adopt the the allocations under the Roscommon Municipal District Project Funding Scheme 2021 as follows –
It was further agreed as part of the grant offer to inform the groups that the funding is allocated by the members of Roscommon Municipal District and that these discretionary funds are available due to the additional income generated as a result of the increase in the Local Property Tax.
