Proposed Development – Installation of a one-bedroom single storey modular dwelling with all associated site works located at Ballina, Dysart. Minutes: Ann McHugh Senior Executive Officer and Patrick Flynn Acting Senior Executive Engineer for Housing Department presented the Chief Executive‘s Report to the Members.
Chief Executive’s report on a specified development by a Local authority in accordance with section 179 subsections 3(A) and 3(B) of part XI of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended and Part 8 of Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (S.I. No 600 of 2001) as amended.
Specified Development – The development will consist of the installation of a one-bedroom single storey modular dwelling with a new proprietary wastewater treatment system and percolation area with all associated site works. Planning reference- PD 23/4007.
No reports or objections were received.

It was AGREED by the Members to approve the Part 8 for the Development and Installation of One Single Storey Modular Dwelling with associated site works at Ballina, Dysart, Co Roscommon.
