Approval of Funding under Athlone MD 2021

Minutes:

The Cathaoirleach Cllr. L Fallon welcomed everyone to the Meeting.

 

 

On the Proposal of:  Cllr J Keogh

          Seconded by:  Cllr J Naughten

 

 

It was agreed by all Members that the Funding of €73,000 received was to be allocated to applicants as follows:

(advertisement literature for  Heritage Week)

2.Padraig Pearses GAA Club                                                     (Community Group walking track outdoor toilets)

 (Kitchen Renovations at St Brigid’s Handball and Community centre in Curraghboy)

(Enhance facilities around Donamon, Kilbegnet for tourism and local use)

Due to the level of MD Funding received, the Members agreed that all groups should receive an allocation.
