John Naughten, Chairperson of the Planning, Environment, Climate Change and Corporate Governance SPC stated that the Draft Litter Management Plan 2020 – 2022 had been considered and recommended for adoption by the SPC following a period of public consultation and consideration of inputs from various sources.
