             SECONDED by Councillor Michael Mulligan.

It was AGREED to adopt the Minutes of the Boyle Municipal District meeting of 23^rd March 2018.

·         Housing developments at

o   River Oaks, Kilcolman – Ballyoughter Townland, Ballaghaderreen

o   Glenpatrick Estate, Cortober townland, Carrick-on-Shannon

o   Park View Estate, Warren or Drum Townland, Abbeytown, Boyle

On the PROPOSAL of Councillor Mulligan             

             SECONDED by Councillor Cummins

 It was AGREED that roads located within the housing development at River Oaks, Kilcolman – Ballyoughter Townland, Ballaghaderreeen would be declared public roads.

On the PROPOSAL of Councillor Doherty             

             SECONDED by Councillor Mulligan

It was AGREED that roads located within the housing development at Glenpatrick Estate, Cortober townland, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Roscommon would be declared public roads.

On the PROPOSAL of Councillor Murphy             

              SECONDED by Councillor Cummins

 It was AGREED that roads located within the housing development at Parkview Estate, Warren or Drum townland, Boyle would be declared public roads.

·         Meeting on May 18^th at 2.30pm

Members had a short discussion on items which were on the Agenda for the upcoming meeting with Carrick on Shannon Municipal District Councillors.

Cllr Murphy stated that there was a walkway for pedestrians urgently required at Rooskey bridge and the matter would be raised with the Leitrim Councillors.

Members also decided to seek an update from Leitrim County Council on plans for Hartley Bridge.

Cllr Cummins congratulated Cllr Mulligan on his election as Cathaoirleach
